Merch, Illustration, Packaging, Print

NZ Ski approached Brandland looking to rethink their merchandise, moving away from a corporate retail offer towards something with greater personality. The challenge was to create a collection that felt playful and collectable while working across three distinct ski fields, each with its own established identity.

My concept pitch secured the project, becoming Brandland's largest commission to date.

As lead designer, I developed a suite of over twenty custom illustrations and graphics, creating a flexible visual system that translated seamlessly across patches, enamel pins, stickers, drinkware, Croc charms and bespoke packaging. Working closely with suppliers throughout production, we delivered more than 10,000 products for retail across all three resorts.

The result was a merchandise range that felt considered rather than promotional, giving NZ Ski a product collection that visitors would want to keep long after leaving the slopes.
